On September 22 from 7 pm to around 9 pm I'm hosting a Composer Salon for all composers and musicians interested in coming together to talk about various musical issues and topics. It will be at the Brooklyn Lyceum in Park Slope, Brooklyn and on my blog I've posted the topic and details to be discussed. If you are not in New York or can't make it, then feel free to post comments on the blog. Hopefully this will be an on-going monthly event, so if you are free, regardless of genre or style of music you compose or play (actually it would be more fun to have all types there), I hope you consider coming out, having a few beers, meeting some new colleagues and possible new friends and fans, and talking shop.
